As with all things Microsoft there seems to be numerous ways to complete the most straightforward tasks. We get quite a few questions from users regarding how they’re to reach their Office 365 email account. Here’s a way:

Login to Office 365

  1. Go to login.microsoftonline.com
  2. Enter your e-mail address and temporary password in the two provided fields
  3. If this is your first login you will directed to a page to change your password. If not, skip to step 4.
    1. You will need to enter in your temp password in the field for Old Password
    2. Enter your new password in the Create New Password and Confirm Password fields
    3. Click the Submit button and in a few moments you will be taken in to your Office 365 account
  4. Once logged in, click the Email link on the top menu bar.
